  I'm not at all sure why this restaurant is getting all these bad reviews, but they do not reflect my experience at all. The service was five star all the way. We were greeted immediately by our waitress, she was super friendly, our food came out within 15 minutes, the food was great and we were never without a drink.
  
  There isn't much more that can be expected from a restaurant, and I would definitely go back to eat at this location.

  Melissa was fantastic! Good service and fun stories . Drinks were great . Melissa made the evening. Love the new upgrades to the restaurant ...it's been awhile since we stopped in . Melissa makes it a come back soon location . Queso dip was really good . Thanks for the friendly vibe

  This Applebee's is horrible. I do online orders often. I understand that people makes mistakes, but they mess up my order every time. Not only that, when I try to ask them for the items that I was missing, they continue to say well it doesn't come with that. So, I get nachos but the dip doesn't come with it? Then they take forever to get your stuff ready. It makes no since for my food, which were appetizers, to take 40mins to make. I ordered at 5:00pm. The website told me that my food would be ready at 5:15. I get there at 5:12 and waited until 5:30. When I went inside to get my food, they said it would be 10 more minutes until it is ready. I said I couldn't wait any longer, could I just get my money back. It took the girl forever to get the manager, then 15 mins later they hand me some food. It's terrible.

  Ordered food on DoorDash an hour before close they canceled my order after I ordered it and I was never called waited for an hour for food to the point I thought it was a door dash issue NOPE Applebee's! I called doordash I guess restaurants can cancel the order if they choose maybe it was too close to closing tome for them long story short I got my refund but the fact my family and I waited an hour to find out our food was never made and not on the way was unacceptable and for that reason alone I will never eat here

  Went do lunch on Friday. There were 8 other guests seated when we arrived. Took waitress 10 minutes to ever show up. After we ordered it took almost thirty minutes to get our food. Had to keep flagging down waitress to refill drinks even though the place was deserted. Requested a birthday dessert which had not arrived after ten minutes so we left.
  
  I noticed their health score was 85. Perhaps that's why the place was empty.
  
  Food was excellent but service was very lacking.
  
  UPDATE
  Went back a week later to experience the same horrendous service. Server Mercedes G brought our fajitas out without the wrappers and toppings. By the time she had brought them the fajitas were almost cold. There were less than eight freaking customers in the entire place so how in the hell can it take you that long?
  
  I went on the corporate website and filed a complaint and have not heard a single word from anyone. The problem with Applebee's begins at the very top. They obviously don't give a damn about customer service.
  
  Can someone explain to me how this place stays open when there are never any customers inside? I doubt I will ever go to any Applebee's again.
